LMC (Lostmanagementcities) is a street culture-based brand under the LAYER, which began as a small collection in 2015. By 2023, it achieved approximately $6M in revenue.

While working at LAYER, I led digital marketing for LMC, focusing on increasing marketing efficiency and driving revenue growth.

Problem

Due to a lack of dedicated marketing activities, performance-based marketing had not been fully implemented. We needed to track and improve the effectiveness of advertising and identify the products and creatives driving sales.

The Situation

Goal

Implement cost-efficient marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales. I also aimed to enhance our website to increase direct sales and optimize ad performance by testing various creatives with both new and existing customers.

What I Did

I led and managed brand/performance marketing including:

  • Managed marketing budget and planned on/offline marketing campaigns

  • Developed full funnel digital strategies across SEO, PPC, and paid social channels to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

  • Monitored and analyzed campaign performance data, making data-driven adjustments to optimize KPIs and improve audience engagement.

  • Developed brand marketing campaigns to promote new launching and to improve brand experience of target audiences.

  • Conducted in-depth analysis of fashion purchase trends, leveraging insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Results

  • SEO optimization that helped secure top rank on Google and NAVER*.

  • Media strategy generated 200% increase in average ROAS YoY.

  • Social media strategy generated continuous increase in average CTR and achieved 3.0 of ROAS on average.
